QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Conduct site audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4 – 5 years of proven QA/QC experience in construction projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and quality regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
