QA/QC Engineer

Purpose:

To ensure that all construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and international quality standards, thereby maintaining the reputation of the project and client.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.

· Inspect materials, structural works, and finishing works to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

· Coordinate with consultants and third-party labs for inspections and approvals.

· Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective actions.

· Maintain QA/QC logs, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and document control records.

· Ensure adherence to ISO quality management systems and Dubai Municipality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· BSc. Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of experience (3 years in UAE).

· Previous experience with contracting companies delivering residential or commercial high-rise projects.

· Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and QA/QC audits.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
