QA/QC Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCR management, and quality systems.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other authority regulations (Trakhees accreditation preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA procedures, plans, and protocols.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and codes.
• Ensure proper material compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain QA documentation, records, and revision control.
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform site inspections and testing at all construction stages.
• Monitor materials (concrete, steel, soil, asphalt, etc.) for compliance.
• Review and approve construction methods and procedures.
• Record and track inspections, test results, and quality activities.
• Manage NCRs and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and submit documentation for management review.
• Support project handover and final close-out documentation.
• Ensure proper document distribution, revision control, and record retention.
