QA/QC Engineer

We're Hiring | Senior & Junior QA/QC Engineers | Dubai, UAE

Auxilium is currently seeking Senior and Junior QA/QC Engineers to join a leading construction and engineering organization in the UAE.

Candidates who are open to relocating from India, the Philippines, or Nepal and are available to join immediately are strongly encouraged to apply. Relevant construction and quality assurance experience from your home country will be considered.

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with a strong understanding of quality management systems, construction standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality management plans.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection reports.

• Monitor testing activities and maintain quality documentation and records.

• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction standards.

• Experience in preparing quality reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, or equivalent will be an advantage.

• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
