Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with contracting companies and a strong background in civil engineering quality assurance and control processes. Candidates with experience in high-rise/tower projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications and company standards.
• Review and verify all civil work activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and test reports.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of QA/QC experience with contracting companies.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Previous experience in tower or high-rise projects is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
