QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

• Lead and implement the Project Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop, review, and approve ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and local authority regulations
• Manage all QA/QC documentation, audits, and reporting
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor and control inspection activities, material approvals, and testing processes
• Review and close NCRs, CARs, and ensure corrective/preventive actions
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA/QC team members
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in UAE construction industry
• Proven experience in high-rise, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and local authority regulations (DM, Trakhees, etc.)
• Experience in handling consultant/client inspections and approvals
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
