QA/QC Engineer (FIT OUT)

Vision Interiors is turnkey Fit out company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients.

We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team.

A QA/QC Engineer ensures that products, materials, and construction processes comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations. They develop quality plans, conduct inspections, manage documentation, and resolve non-conformances to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Materials Submissions: Prepare, review, and maintain materials Log.
• Inspections & Testing: Perform daily, in-process, and final inspections on materials and finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain quality plans (QCP), inspection test plans (ITP), checklists, and Method Statements.
• Quality Audits: Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and project specifications.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and track non-conformances, working with teams to resolve issues.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and site teams to approve materials and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related technical field.
• Experience: Proven experience in quality control/assurance, particularly in construction, manufacturing, or oil/gas.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting specifications, and using testing equipment.

Typical Work Environment:
QA/QC professionals often work on-site in construction, or in production/manufacturing facilities, coordinating closely with project managers and engineers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
