QA/QC Engineer/ Material Engineer

A qualified QA/QC Engineer/ Material Engineer with 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry, preferably within fit-out and exhibition projects to be worked in Diriyah, Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections of materials, installations, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify technical submittals, including materials, samples, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related issues and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, and inspection logs for traceability and reporting.
• Support the project team in achieving and maintaining high-quality standards throughout project execution.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
• Provide feedback and technical recommendations to enhance overall project quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC within fit-out, interior, or exhibition projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, inspection methods, and construction materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working collaboratively across teams.
