QA/QC Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee and implement quality control procedures for all interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations, driving excellence across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce QA/QC policies for fit-out projects.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments on materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations .
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues to maintain high project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to improve quality control.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and generate regular reports.
• Train and guide the team on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within the fit-out, interior, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and compliance regulations .
• Ability to interpret drawings, technical documents, and specifications .
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
• Strong communication and leadership abilities .
• Certifications in QA/QC or ISO standards are a plus.
