Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead and manage projects in metal and glass fabrication, cladding, and installation works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling end-to-end project execution within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage fabrication and installation activities for metal, glass, and façade systems
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Manage procurement, materials planning, and resource allocation
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee site operations and resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in metal & glass fabrication, façade, or fit-out projects
• Proven experience in project management within GCC/Qatar
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and installation techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Valid Qatar/GCC Driving Required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cladding, curtain wall systems, and architectural metal works
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project planning tools (e.g., Primavera/MS Project)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
