QC Control Officer – Vehicles

Job Purpose:

To ensure that all vehicles (new, repaired, or serviced) meet company quality standards and comply with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements before delivery or deployment. The QC Control Officer conducts inspections, identifies defects or non-conformities, and coordinates with the service team to ensure corrective actions are taken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-delivery and post-repair inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
• Check mechanical, electrical, and body components for quality, functionality, and safety.
• Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for each vehicle.
• Identify and record any non-conformities or deviations from specifications.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors, mechanics, and technicians to address issues and verify corrective actions.
• Monitor tools, testing equipment, and inspection instruments to ensure calibration and proper use.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspections.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback and training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Support management in developing and implementing quality control procedures for vehicle inspection and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, or automotive quality control.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, braking, suspension, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO standards or automotive quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and inspection reports.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
