QC Engineer - Asphalt

We are seeking a highly experienced Asphalt Quality Control Engineer to join our Asphalt Division. The successful candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in Qatar’s asphalt sector and demonstrate strong expertise in local regulations, standards, and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with QCS, QTCM, and MOTC standards across all asphalt operations
• Supervise and monitor asphalt plant quality control activities
• Conduct and oversee site inspections, sampling, and testing works
• Review, verify, and approve laboratory and field test results
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams to secure required approvals
• Uphold and maintain the highest quality standards throughout production, laying, and compaction processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of Asphalt Quality Control experience within Qatar (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards
• MMUP/UPDA certification (preferred)
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
