We are seeking a skilled and dedicated "QC Engineer– Electrical" to join our installation and maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and quality control of all electrical works in accordance with project specifications, international standards, and company quality procedures.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance before execution.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and tools delivered to site to verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor and verify installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (LV panels, distribution boards, cabling, lighting, power systems, etc.).
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken for any non-conformances identified.
• Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding inspections and approvals.
• Support in internal/external audits related to Quality Management Systems.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards during all inspections.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (IEC, BS, NEC, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and checklists.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QC role (preferably in lighting industries).
• Certification in QA/QC or ISO standards (preferred but not mandatory).
• UAE Driving License (preferred).
