QC Lead

Hiring For: Quality Lead

Location: Landhi Industrial Area (Near Younus Chowrangi), Karachi

Industry: Manufacturing (P.Film Plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC operations, including raw material testing, in-process checks, and final product quality verification.
• Oversee QA activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and specifications.
• Implement and maintain QMS documentation, internal audits, CAPA, and compliance with ISO requirements.
• Drive improvement initiatives by analyzing quality trends, nonconformities, and process deviations.
• Coordinate with R&D for product development trials, formulation adjustments, and new material evaluations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for timely resolution of quality issues.
• Train, supervise, and guide QC/QA staff to ensure consistent and accurate testing practices.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration schedules, COAs, test reports, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in P.Film, plastics, chemical, or related manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of lab testing methods, QA tools, QMS documentation, and R&D support activities.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
• Candidates residing near Landhi/Korangi/Malir/Shah Faisal/Shah Latif are preferred.

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon–Sat)

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 rs
