QC & logistics specialist/manager

HOF Global is seeking a highly organized and quality-focused QC & Logistics Specialist / Manager with hands-on experience in the box packaging industry and exposure to the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring timely and compliant deliveries aligned with US client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

• Implement and monitor quality control processes across production and final packaging stages
• Conduct inspections to ensure packaging meets US client specifications and quality standards
• Identify quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate with production teams
• Maintain QC documentation, reports, and compliance records

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Plan and manage local and international logistics operations, including shipments to US clients
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and vendors to ensure timely dispatches
• Oversee packing, labeling, and documentation as per US market and export requirements
• Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delivery issues, and ensure cost-effective logistics planning

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in quality control and logistics within the packaging industry
• Prior experience working with US-based clients or US market logistics standards
• Strong understanding of box packaging materials, print quality, and shipment handling
• Experience level suitable for specialist or managerial roles (based on expertise)
