QC Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:-

Ø Oversee Daily QC and Laboratory operations.

Ø Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and other relevant quality & food safety standards

Ø Monitor product quality from raw material to final packing.

Ø Lead audits, corrective actions, and staff training.

Requirements:-

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Milling Science.

* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in flour or food manufacturing, including 5 years in a QC leadership role

* Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC, and other food safety standards.
