QC Manager

We are currently seeking a QC Manager position at Tekfen Construction's Jeddah Cluster Pipeline Project in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the QA Manager
• Overall management of site QC activities
• Leading welding, NDT and coating inspection teams
• Ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications
• Managing ITPs, procedures, inspection plans and quality documentation
• Coordination with client representatives and third-party inspectors

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering background
• Proven experience in pipeline construction projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Welding inspection & WPS/PQR processes
• NDT methods and coordination
• Coating & painting inspection (pipeline coating systems)
• Hydrotest & mechanical completion processes
• Familiarity with Aramco standards & project specifications
• Aramco approved QC Manager is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Good command of English

Tekfen Construction will provide food, accommodation, and transportation for a 10-hour workday. Foreign employees are entitled to 15 working days of paid leave every 6 months (twice a year), and the company covers round-trip flight tickets. Private health insurance is included. Accommodation and transportation are fully provided by the company.
