QC Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead and manage the quality control processes within our Packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The role involves supervising QC activities, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards for packaging products.
• Ensure all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods comply with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise QC team and ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation of products.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure proper documentation of quality records.
• Train and guide team members on quality procedures and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in FMCG and Packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, GMP, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
