QC & Sample Analyst

Job Summary:

The QC & Sample Analyst is responsible for conducting quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

This role involves precise documentation, data analysis, and collaboration with production team to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, ICP, FTIR, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration methods.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies, industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP), and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and laboratory software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Prepare, analyze, and report test results using standardized laboratory methods and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
• Document all test procedures, results, and deviations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Conduct root cause analysis and support investigations related to quality issues.
• Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods.
• Manage and maintain laboratory inventory, including chemicals, reagents, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with production team to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Take in charge to keep clean (5S) always for all working field

We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented QC & Sample Analyst to help us ensure the quality and compliance of our products and processes.
• Your duties will include performing laboratory tests and inspections, analyzing raw materials and finished products, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with production and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement in quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with analytical techniques and method development is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing laboratory analyses.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
