QHSE Facilitation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, Implement and Maintain the QMS and HSEMS
• Follow up for corrective actions and preventive actions of Audits.
• Report HSE manager on the performance of the MS and suggesting corrective action.
• Plan and Conduct Internal audits
• Collaborate in preparing Annual Training Plans and implements and
• Evaluate training and development programs.
• Design and coordinate staff training program based on organizational and employee needs in accordance with training plan and training budget.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
• Ensure all data entry for training, statistics, attending and absenteeism, training center and trainee…etc
• Follow up Training progress as per training plan.
• Collaborate in Safety Awareness Issues, such as operating in systematic approach, implementing awareness sessions, soft copies of bulletin, flyers, leaflet…etc.
• Lunch HSE campaigns as planned to enhance safety culture in the DPWS
Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• 3 -5 in the same field as QHSE Trainer
• Fully Conversant with Safety Procedures
• Very Good in English language skills
• Achievement Orientation
