About the role

As a Catering and Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all cleaning and catering operations across assigned facilities. This includes maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and service quality while ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and client requirements. You will lead and motivate teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure resources are used effectively to meet operational needs.

What you will bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within facilities management, hospitality, or catering services.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you will be doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and catering operations across facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape and pest control operations across facilities.
• Plan and allocate work schedules, ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Monitor food preparation, storage, and service to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure that all cleaning and catering equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, catering materials, and consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, incidents, and staff performance.
• Support the implementation of sustainability and waste reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Respond promptly to client feedback or service requests and take corrective action when necessary.
• Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to promote awareness of safety, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Oversee staff attendance, punctuality, and uniform standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment in all assigned areas.
