Lead continuous improvement of QHSE programs and risk management strategies.

Provide training on hazards, risk control, accident management, and reporting procedures.

Liaise with SRRPD to address proposed changes related to QHSE aspects.

Develop corrective and preventive action plans supported by root cause analysis.

Implement RTA QHSE strategies, standards, and procedures in alignment with international best practices.

Conduct independent investigations into railway accidents and safety incidents, recommending corrective measures.

Carry out QHSE audits and inspections, recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure timely investigation and reporting of all incidents and recommend proactive solutions to reduce recurrence.

Prepare and analyze records of incidents, emergency drills, and response exercises.

Develop procedures for crisis management, incident investigation, and injury/illness cost assessments.

Conduct risk assessments, monitor implementation, and ensure compliance across RTA sectors.

Supervise QHSE performance of contractors, consultants, and partners.

Participate in strategic planning and monitor KPIs for the Rail Agency.

Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE reports and presentations for senior management.

Oversee DGEP requirements and ensure departmental compliance.
