Main assignment :

Develop, maintain, and implement the Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System as per ISO & Group Standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer feedback.

Ensure product and service compliance.

Ensure compliance with regulations and other applicable requirements.

Monitor and improve process capability with the support of process experts, maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, and support the regional quality network.

Job Responsibilities :

Quality Management System

• Manage and ensure compliance and consistency of the local QMS with the group standard, ISO 13485 standards, and other applicable requirements.
• Ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS and awareness at all levels of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies and procedures.
• Organize, monitor, and optimize PDCA Quality Action Plan reviews.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators and disseminate global objectives and action plans.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on QHSE issues.

Medical Device Regulations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive medical device registrations and communications with regulatory authorities.

Customer Satisfaction

• Listen to the market, identify trends, weaknesses, and problems to be resolved.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints, and collaborate with other departments on analysis and action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

New Product / Process / Equipment Validations

• Ensure that new products, processes, and equipment follow proper validation processes as per group requirements.
• Prepare product releases and secure market release from regional quality.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and support implementation of action plans.

Manufacturing quality

• Ensure that the production quality team has all necessary skills and equipment to achieve required quality levels.
• Implement and respect applicable testing methods, cosmetic, optical, and other quality standards.
• Maintain site metrology up to date.
• Manage the quality level of suppliers (internal and external).
• Contribute to improving performance and resolving quality issues using QRQC, 8D, etc.
• Implement policies & procedures in Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Ensure the implementation of Crisis Management policies and procedures.
• Promote EHS awareness among employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and analyze accidents/incidents and collaborate on prevention improvements.
• Apply EHS rules rigorously and participate in group requirements implementation.
• Promote and ensure compliance with EssilorLuxottica's core values and EHS culture.

Candidate Profile :

• Experience managing QMS based on ISO standards (ISO 13485 / 9001 / 14000 / 45001).
• Good understanding of environmental regulations and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Technical knowledge of Statistical Process Control and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data, feedback, and make decisions.
• Customer-centric mindset with leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, good listener, passionate about results.
• Proficient in MS Office and BI applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in French & English essential.
• Experience in the medical device optical industry is a strong advantage.
