QHSE Manager (Vehicles & Auto Components Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management: Implementing and monitoring quality standards in the production of auto parts and components (metalworking, welding, assembly). Working with technical drawings and specifications.
• Production Safety: Developing and enforcing HSE regulations at the factory, with a special focus on safety around heavy machinery, welding stations, and painting booths.
• Audit & Certification: Conducting internal audits and preparing for external inspections. Maintaining the validity of relevant certifications.
• Documentation & Compliance: Managing all QHSE documentation
• Training: Conducting briefings and training sessions for engineers and workers on safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering or a related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QHSE / HSE Manager in a manufacturing environment (mandatory).
• Experience in mechanical engineering, special-purpose vehicle manufacturing, or automotive components.
• Strong understanding of applicable ISO standards and hands-on experience in their application.
• Excellent command of English (required for reporting and correspondence with certifying bodies).
