QHSE Officer – Facilities Management

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems in compliance with ISO standards, ADOSH requirements, and local regulatory guidelines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment across all operations.

Salary Range: AED 6000 to AED 6500 - Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards, ADOSH, and local regulations.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory HSE requirements for façade cleaning, rope access, working-at-height, and facilities management activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, site inspections, and hazard identification activities.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and conduct drills and simulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QHSE documentation, records, and reports for internal audits and external authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a QHSE role within facilities management, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ADOSH, and local health and safety regulations.
• Experience with working-at-height and rope access safety compliance is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, training delivery, and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and proactively.
