Job Overview

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its medical-legal team and is seeking a highly detail-oriented QME Report Analyst to work on California Workers’ Compensation (QME/AME) reports. This position is ideal for medical professionals with strong analytical skills and an interest in medical-legal documentation.

Education Requirement

• MBBS / Medical Doctor (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records, progress notes, diagnostic imaging, and deposition summaries
• Prepare structured QME/AME report sections, including:
• History of Injury
• Chief Complaint
• Review of Records (ROR)
• Physical Examination
• Diagnosis
• Causation and Apportionment
• Permanent Impairment
• Future Medical Care
• Work Status
• Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and AMA Guides (5th Edition) impairment ratings
• Create and maintain chronological Review-of-Records (ROR) tables using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proofread and edit reports for clarity, compliance, grammar, and professional medical-legal tone
