QS & Billing Engineer – Marble & Natural Stone Industry

This role is for one of our client from a leading marble and natural stone contracting company in Dubai, executing luxury stone works for premium hotels, residences, and commercial projects. We’re seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to handle project estimation, measurement, billing, and coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for stone and related works.
• Verify and certify subcontractor and client bills.
• Review drawings and coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
• Maintain project cost tracking, variations, and progress reports.
• Assist in tender preparation and post-contract documentation.
• Coordination with client QS Team
• Handling Project close out documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying.
• 2–5 years’ experience in QS/billing within marble, stone, or interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
