QS Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction and engineering projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports.
• Measure and value work done on-site for interim and final payments.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Participate in contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, procurement, and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
