QS (Quantity Surveyor)

Relevant Experience:

DAE in civil engineering
5-8 years’ experience as a QS
Must be willing to relocate to Balochistan
Have expertise at Bar bending schedule and Interm Payment Certificates

Preferably from Balochistan.

Job Description:

• Prepare Cross Section
• Prepare wages and monthly bill for subcontractor works.
• Bar bending Schedule & Preparing Shop Drawings.
• Calculating, Checking & Verifying Quantities.
• Preparation of required drawing list for execution works
• Prepared Payment Invoices and Interim Payment Certificate.
• Ensure coordination with QS (Quantity Surveyor) Head Office.
• Monitor Quantity of all construction Works.
• Collects as-built data from field staff after completion of installation work and updates the relevant drawings and documents.
• Performs other similar or related duties as assigned by senior management.
