Qualified lawn care position

High-End Residential & Estate Properties

We are seeking a seasoned Landscape Foreman / Leader with proven experience managing high-end properties and discerning clients. This role is for someone who understands that details matter, time is money, and professionalism is non-negotiable.

This is not an entry-level position.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience
• Proven experience working on high-end / estate-level properties
• Strong leadership skills – you lead from the front
• Excellent time management & route efficiency
• High attention to fine details (beds, edging, pruning, turf quality)
• Comfortable communicating with high-expectation clients
• Ability to train, correct, and hold crew members accountable
• Pride in clean work, clean trucks, and clean job sites

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated maintenance crew
• Execute detailed maintenance plans to company standards
• Ensure properties are completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule
• Identify issues before clients see them
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management
• Protect company equipment, reputation, and client trust

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
