  • ead the development of in-house automation solutions in collaboration with Asia Quality Team B
  • uild and manage interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for KPI tracking, audits, continual improvement, and governance reporting. E
  • nhance and automate document management, idea logging, and workflow tools D
  • rive digital adoption across Asia and GCC Quality teams. 2

  • evelop, manage, and continuously improve core quality tools: A
    • udit Management Tool L
    • essons Learned Portal C
    • ontinual Improvement Tool E
  • nsure user-friendliness, functionality, and alignment with WSP’s Way of Working. 3

. Governance & Reporting C

  • ompile and analyze monthly Quality Performance reports. T
  • rack and report progress against Quality Objectives and KPIs. 4

. Internal Audits P

  • lan and perform internal audits on Asia HSEQ MS, and Way of Working. C
  • onduct virtual project audits, shared services audits, and folder reviews. D
  • evelop tailored checklists to suit audit criteria for different functions. S
  • upport Asia audits, NC/AFI closure, and escalations. 5

. HSEQ MS Support M

  • aintain HSEQ MS documents for relevance, accuracy, and compliance. C
  • ollaborate with Quality Champions across Shared Services and Business Units. P
  • ublish HSEQ MS updates regularly on Canopy. P
  • rovide support on HSEQ related training 6

  • rovide Quality support for projects and shared services across Asia. S

  • verall 6 to 8 years’ experience, 2 years minimum with an international design or construction consultancy. (preferably Asia/China Region/Singapore) F
  • ormal training in an ISO 9001:2015 related course B
  • achelor’s degree in an Engineering and/or Construction related discipline E
  • xcellent communication skills, verbal and written in English E
  • xperience of operational auditing B
  • asic knowledge of database computer systems and software including Microsoft word, excel, Visio, Power BI and SharePoint. F
  • lexible approach to managing, prioritising and delivering to deadlines in a demanding environment E
  • xperience of documentation processes within an engineering, design, or construction environment P
  • roven expertise in ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing; knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 desirable. K
