Job Vacancy: Quality & Operations Manager (In the field of training and Human Development)

Are you a strong leader who can improve quality, streamline operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day training delivery? If yes, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training institute operations and daily workflow
• Ensure quality standards for programs, assessments, and learning outcomes
• Monitor KPIs and performance, track improvements, and report results
• Manage compliance, documentation, and internal process improvements
• Coordinate with trainers, HR, and management to support smooth execution
• Handle student/learner service follow-up and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business/Admin/Operations/Quality)
• Proven atleast 5 years of experience in operations management and/or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of process improvement and KPI tracking
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with training/education environments is an advantage
