About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Associate – Legal to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and commercial viability of our legal deliverables. This role requires hands-on experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and IPR matters. You’ll work closely with senior team members to uphold quality standards and support continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality reviews of contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal documents.
• Ensure documents meet accuracy, compliance, and client expectations.
• Assist in creating and maintaining checklists, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Draft and review contracts with a focus on clarity, enforceability, and risk mitigation.
• Apply working knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) including trademarks and copyrights.
• Collaborate with senior legal team members on quality control initiatives.
• Support training and capability development within the legal team.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in contract drafting, legal review, and advisory.
• Exposure to Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and IPR.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot errors and risks.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
