QA Engineer (Quality Assurance Engineer)

📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time – On-site

💼 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in QA within the firefighting systems / Fire protection equipment manufacturing / Sheet metal manufacturing (MUST)

Role Description

The QA Engineer will ensure all products, manufacturing processes, and documentation comply with MORX Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, and firefighting industry approvals.

You will work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to maintain product reliability, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA procedures according to ISO 9001 and company standards
• Inspect and audit firefighting products during production stages
• Ensure compliance with FM, VdS, LPCB requirements
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare QA reports and maintain proper documentation
• Support production teams in quality-related issues
• Participate in internal audits & process improvement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years experience in QA within the firefighting field is required
• Strong understanding of QA tools, inspection methods, and documentation
• Knowledge of FE, valves, sprinklers, fittings, fire pumps is a plus
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Test Execution and creation of Test Cases
• Previous experience in testing or quality assurance in the software or manufacturing industry is a plus
