Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Human Resource Specialist to join our team. This role combines the critical functions of quality assurance and human resources management, ensuring that our organization adheres to high standards of operational excellence while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management, employee relations, and compliance with employment and labor laws.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with AHCA, Medicare standards.
  • Assist in Conducting internal audits and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
  • Monitor and review patient care plans, visit notes submissions for accuracy.

Human Resources

  • Manage on boarding, credentialing, and personnel files for all staff.
  • Maintain compliance with background screenings, licenses, and continuing education requirements.
  • Promote a positive and compliant work culture aligned with agency standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of AHCA, CMS regulations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance within human resources practices while contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
