Quality Assurance (QA) Officer – UK Campaign (Call Centre)

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

C&F Systems is a leading inbound call center in Rawalpindi serving UK-based travel agency partners. We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Officer to monitor and maintain call quality, ensure compliance with sales SOPs, and support team performance through effective evaluation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to call recordings of all incoming sales and support calls.
  • Monitor adherence to company SOPs by the sales and customer service teams.
  • Evaluate the quality of customer interactions and identify improvement areas.
  • Generate daily reports on the quality of leads handled, client responses, and overall call handling.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Officer in a UK or US-based BPO/call center is mandatory.
  • Strong listening and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to prepare structured and insightful QA reports.
  • Knowledge of sales processes in a call center environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
