Shift: Rotational – Morning, Afternoon, Night

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst to join our team. You will monitor CCTV footage (with audio) from US retail stores, detect suspicious activities, and analyze sales performance to help improve business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review CCTV footage from US retail locations.
• Identify, document, and report any suspicious activities or policy violations.
• Analyze sales performance across stores, products, and teams.
• Spot trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Prepare reports and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality in all reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in a Back Office or BPO environment is a plus.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn basic Spanish.
