SQA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements, particularly related to healthcare workflows.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct database testing (SQL queries, data validation).
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings (Agile/Scrum).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Contribute to automation testing where applicable (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, EMR/EHR systems, or medical billing applications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Good understanding of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
