Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst – US Retail Operations

Job Overview

We are hiring a Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst to support our US retail operations. The role involves monitoring CCTV footage (with audio), identifying suspicious activities, and analyzing sales performance to support operational improvements and data-driven decision-making.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Shift Details

This is a rotational shift position:

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage from US retail stores.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or policy violations.
• Analyze sales performance across stores, products, and teams.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and share actionable insights with management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in a Back Office or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts.
• Basic Spanish learning ability is a plus.
