Quality Control Engineer

Hiring- Quality Control Engineer!!!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Engineer to ensure all site activities, maintenance works, and projects meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, preparing reports, monitoring work processes, and supporting continuous improvement across all operational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and test protocols.
• Conduct inspections and audit of materials and finished products
• Analyze data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with contractors/ production teams if required to resolve quality issues.
• Document findings and maintain accurate quality records.
• Use the email communication protocol with all departments for documentary & follow up purposes.
• Tarin Staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Set the plan of structural maintenance on monthly basis.
• Create a comprehensive annual preventive action plan to proactively address potential issues and ensure effective maintenance.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
• Ensure the property is kept in outstanding condition while actively overseeing its day-to-day operations.
• Participate in addressing any incidents that occur within the building.
• Control the facility maintenance checklist and act on rectifying concerns urgently.
• Engage with third-party contractors and any aspects of maintenance assignment and update the management with the outcome for proper decision making.
• Responsible of day- to-day operations by ensuring the property is consistently well- maintained and in optimal condition.
• Controlling all materials request and making sure of closing it at the earliest
• Collaboration with the procurement team for proper & good quality materials stock supplies.
• Submit a monthly report on the efficiency of all apartment appliances and performance.
• Supervise material usage to ensure it aligns with best practices and utilizes efficiently.
• Adherence to laws and traditions of the state of Qatar.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as QC Engineer, preferably in facility Management, construction, or MEP Projects.
• Strong understanding of QC/QA Procedures, inspection techniques, and industry standards.
• Experienced in ITPs, Method statements, NCRs, and quality records.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards ( 90001/14001/45001) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Offices; CAFM/FM system are plus
