Quality Control - Estimation Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our estimating team. The QC Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and verifying construction material takeoffs, cost estimates, and project deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

This role is critical to maintaining the firm’s reputation for precision and reliability in construction estimating services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction estimating, cost control, or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff) and MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an estimating services firm.
• Knowledge of US construction practices, codes, and measurement standards (CSI Master Format, ASTM, etc.).
• Familiarity with cost databases (RS Means, Craftsman) is a plus.

Office Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Office Location: Paragon City

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
