Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred or related discipline)
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects
- At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC management, specifically in real estate projects
- Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, and codes
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing standards, and quality control procedures
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, etc.)
- Experience with QA/QC documentation, reporting, and control systems
- Understanding of local authority regulations and approvals in GCC/Oman

- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures in coordination with safety teams

Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
