Job Description:
QCC GH Petroleum is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Engineer (Refinery) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for refinery operations in Muscat. Based at Muttrah Business Tower, the ideal candidate will ensure that all engineering, construction, and operational processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and quality management systems
• Monitor refinery projects and operations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments
• Review engineering documents, materials, and test reports
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with international standards and safety regulations
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in QA/QC within refinery or oil & gas projects
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and refinery processes
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
