QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER FOR INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and finished products
• Identify defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management
• Lead and train quality control staff and inspectors
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
