H&H Packages Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of pharma and FMCG unit cartons, providing high-quality packaging solutions. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our QC department and ensure that all materials meet industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team on production floor
• Inspect incoming raw materials (paperboard, inks, coatings)
• Oversee in-process quality checks:
• Color accuracy
• Registration
• GSM/Burst/Thickness tests
• Die cut accuracy
• Finishing (lamination, UV, embossing, pasting)
• Ensure final product complies with customer specifications & pharma standards
• Develop and enforce SOPs, QA documentation, NCR, CAPA
• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
• Communicate with clients regarding quality concerns, if needed
• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP and packaging regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality or Printing
• Minimum 3–5 years QC experience in printing/packaging
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and quality standards
• Experience managing a QC team
• Strong documentation, audit, and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a high–pressure production environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience)
