Quality Control Officer

The QC Officer will conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products while performing basic lab testing using instruments such as viscometers, spectrophotometers, and BCT.

The role requires monitoring production processes for compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and GLP standards, documenting results accurately, reporting deviations promptly, supporting corrective actions, maintaining proper sampling and lab hygiene, and assisting with audits, calibrations, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Food Science and Technology, Applied Chemistry, or Food Engineering and has at least one year of QC or lab experience in the food manufacturing sector.

They should have working knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP practices, experience with common lab instruments, strong analytical and documentation skills, the ability to coordinate with production teams, and availability to work on-site in Korangi from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
