Quality Control Officer

Job Description:

The Quality Control Officer in the stone and marble industry assumes the critical responsibility of ensuring comprehensive quality assurance of products and processes. They oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, ensuring adherence of products to rigorous standards specific to the stone and marble industry. Additionally, the role involves managing the quality control team, guiding them to conduct necessary tests and analyses to provide accurate quality reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance procedures and processes to ensure continuous quality in the production of stone and marble.

2. Direct the team to conduct tests and analyses necessary to ensure product compliance with specifications and industry standards.

3. Monitor and evaluate process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement to ensure excellence in quality.

4. Ensure compliance with technical standards and stringent regulations related to safety and quality in the stone and marble industry.

5. Utilize data and analytics to improve processes and make strategic decisions for continuous development.

6. Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments within the organization, such as production and design, to ensure comprehensive alignment.

Skills and Requirements:

- Minimum of (5) years of experience in quality control management in the stone and marble industry or related field.

- Profound knowledge of quality assurance methods and standards within the stone and marble industry.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide the team toward achieving the highest quality standards.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
