Reports To: Production Manager / QC Manager

About the Role

• We are a leading manufacturer of advanced ballistic protection products including UHMWPE UD sheets, soft armor, hard armor, and lightweight combat helmets.
• We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Officer to lead a small QC team (3 members) and ensure our production meets international standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will bring strong quality assurance experience from classified or critical industries (automotive, defense, technical textiles, or high-performance polymers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a QC team for daily inspections and testing.
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and final product quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and defense-related quality standards.
• Document and report non-conformities; lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain calibration and accuracy of testing equipment.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare inspection records and reports for audits and customer compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial/Polymer/Materials/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within a classified or critical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or other quality management systems.
• Familiarity with testing procedures (mechanical, physical, and chemical).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Confidentiality and integrity are essential.
• Preferred Certifications (an advantage, not mandatory)
• Six Sigma (Green Belt/Yellow Belt)
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor
• ISO 17025 (Testing/Calibration)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
