Responsibilities;

  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished pasta products.
  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP plans.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality control activities.
  • Perform visual, physical, and chemical tests (e.g., moisture content, cooking time, texture analysis).
  • Check packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and storage conditions.
  • Report any non-conformities to the QC Supervisor and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and testing tools regularly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in production and QC areas are upheld.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or quality control is an advantage (especially in pasta or dry food products).
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willing to work in a factory/production environment and in shifts if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
