Responsibilities;
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished pasta products.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality control activities.
- Perform visual, physical, and chemical tests (e.g., moisture content, cooking time, texture analysis).
- Check packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and storage conditions.
- Report any non-conformities to the QC Supervisor and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and testing tools regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in production and QC areas are upheld.
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or quality control is an advantage (especially in pasta or dry food products).
- Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willing to work in a factory/production environment and in shifts if needed.
