Quality Controller – High-End Joinery Factory

Role Summary

The Quality Controller ensures all joinery items are produced according to the required standards, drawings, and finishes. They check materials and finished products, report any issues, and make sure corrections are completed before items leave the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Check raw materials, in-process work, and finished joinery items.

Compare work with approved shop drawings, measurements, and finish samples.

Identify defects and report issues to the production team.

Follow up to make sure corrections are completed properly.

Prepare simple quality reports and maintain records.

Coordinate with design, production, and finishing teams to clarify details.

Ensure all products meet high-end workmanship and finish standards.

Support improving quality processes in the factory.

Skills & Requirements

2–5 years experience in joinery or quality control.

Good understanding of joinery work, materials, hardware, and finishes.

Ability to read and understand shop drawings.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills
